Chris has over 15 years of experience in real estate ventures with a focus on property rehabilitation & rentals, with the last 5 years involved in the development of new construction projects. Chris was recently as Building Design + Construction's "Top 40 Under 40" Class of 2020 for his accomplishments as a developer and general contractor. Chris has also spent over 17 years gaining extensive operational, sales & entrepreneurial experience through launching and growing both start-up and mid-size services firms with annual revenues ranging from $20M-$90M. Combining his business acumen, problem solving abilities and operational expertise, he established himself as a trusted advisor providing business and technology solutions across a number of Fortune 100 and rising mid-tier & startup clients. At the age of 26, Chris was recognized as one of Consulting Magazine’s "Top 30 Consultants Under 30" for his accomplishments in developing organizational strategies and streamlining operations through improved business process and use of technology. Chris’s contributions led to immediate and significant growth of three start up consulting firms. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadephia, served on the Board of Governors for the Boys and Girls Club of Philadelphia, facilitated partnership development efforts with the Global CEO Initiative on Alzheimer’s Disease and supports the Children’s Tumor Foundation for Neurofibromatosis (NF). Chris is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.

As CEO of Camfred Construction, Chris manages the firm’s strategic direction, manages headquarter operations and oversees construction sales & operations.
